How do I submit a warranty?
To begin processing your warranty, we will need some form of proof of purchase. This can be the contract with your builder or an invoice/receipt showing where the product was purchased from, and when.
You can also include pictures or videos of the issue to help with quickly identifying the problem. If you have any questions, feel free to use the standard contact form below and someone will reach out as soon as possible. If your issue is not covered by warranty a standard service call fee will apply.
